Michelle On Duggars' Trip to Jerusalem
In early September, the Duggars departed on an overseas adventure, visiting Scotland, Ireland, England, and Israel.
Their last stop was Jerusalem. "It was something that we had hoped to do someday, but we never dreamed we'd do it this soon," writes Michelle in her latest Parentables article. Visiting the Holy Land has been Grandma Duggar's dream since childhood. Not only was her dream fulfilled, but she was able to experience this incredible journey through biblical history with her son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren (plus Michelle and Anna)--four generations of Duggars.
How did the little ones endure such a long trip? Plenty of munchies, baby dolls, coloring books, and games! "Our youngest, Josie, loves to listen to music on her sister Jill's phone - it's her favorite toy now," explains the mom of 19. "We're going to have a hard time keeping her away from cell phones from now on!"
